About
Coaching is a dialogue focused on the objectives you bring to the table and how you can reach them. Our conversation is strictly confidential and because I am an ICF certified coach, I obey the ICF Code of Ethics. We are equal partners during the coaching journey and we work together towards accomplishing your goals. I do not judge and I do not give advice, you are the expert in the matters we discuss, I am the expert in the coaching process. You are the one to chose the solution that suits you best and the action steps going forward.
During my coaching sessions I like to create a laid back, playful atmosphere that fosters a relaxed dialog on meaningful topics where we explore what is important to you, what you want to gain out of our coaching sessions and how you can get there.
Why?
You may benefit from life coaching if you:
- want to improve the quality of your current life
- feel you are out of balance in a certain area of your life
- do not seem to achieve a goal you have set for yourself
- you experience negative tension or emotions related to an incident or a chapter in your life
What?
You can expect during a coaching journey to:
- have a fully confidential thought-provoking conversation with your coach
- reflect and think deeply on what is important to you now
- get a clear image on where you are today and where you want to be
- stay focused on your objective and take actual steps towards it
How?
You and I can start working together:
- first step is to set up a free get together session to see if coaching is the right way to go
- contract through mutual agreement a number of sessions and a frequency
- set up a reflection point after the first few sessions to review the process and its benefits
- celebrate success
