Important changes in our lives do not come easy as we humans have an innate resistance to change. Each transition involves letting go of a way of life that we knew and we were used to and that had its benefits. So, we need to learn to recognize and accept the sense of loss that comes with each passing. We need to let go of something so that we make space for new and exciting opportunities to come our way.
We all have the knowledge, power and resources we need to overcome every obstacle and transition in our lives. But we fall short of our own or other’s expectations sometimes and that’s ok, it’s part of being human. To overcome this and to discover the hidden hero inside each of us, we sometimes need a companion to mirror all that and to give us a hand so we can arrive where we want to be. An that is where I, the coach, step in to guide and support you to navigate through the intricate pathways that each change brings.
Why?

- are experiencing a change in your external environment (job change, marriage, divorce, parenthood, retirement, loss of a loved one) and you feel you need a companion while navigating through
- experience a profound dissatisfaction in certain area(s) of your life that does not seem to go away no matter what you try. You might be in the early stages of a self-driven transition without realizing it.

- understand the transition stage you are in and your needs in this phase

- normalize your emotions and decrease the inner turmoil that usually comes with transitions
- stay focused on your path and take small steps towards clarity
How?
You and I can start working together:
- first step is to set up a free get together session to see if coaching is the right way to go
- contract through mutual agreement a number of sessions and a frequency
- set up a reflection point after the first few sessions to review the process and its benefits
- Towards the end of the sessions, reflect upon your journey so far and clarify the next steps
